DSVV
The VC of Dev Sanskriti Vishvavidalaya, Haridwar, Dr, S. P. Mishra was keen on welcoming us to the campus. Thanks to some unavoidable circumstances, we could not reach on time and he waited for an hour in vain! By the time we reached the place, he was gone. The visit was a successful one just the same. I liked the place.
We were given some refreshment (which Manisha the calorie-conscious did not touch while I gave mine to others) and a talk by Mr.Ankur Mehta and others from the DSVV. Good campus and a great place. We asked a lot of questions (Manisha and I asked the most) and Ankur and others handled it really well. Sachin and Vinay, otherwise loquacious kept mum! Some of us also bought a set of 12 booklets published by the DSVV which covers everything from culture to health.

Ankur Mehta! Once associated with the SP Jain institute! He quit his job in Bangalore and joined DSVV. He also married in Shantikunj without the usual pomp and show! His wife is also a faculty member at DSVV.

Hmm, I am always looking for kids! It was Manisha’s suggestion! They became conscious of the camera while I reached them or else their natural pose was even better (this again was Manisha’s observation).
